The Jack Witte Spirit of Caring Golf Tournament is coming this summer! Jack was a life long supporter of Catholic Community Services. He was one of the original founders of this annual event and was the Chairman for many years. Jack passed away recently and the event is now in his honor. We are looking forward to you joining us to celebrate and extend the legacy of giving Jack left us.

The eighteenth annual Jack Witte Spirit of Caring Golf Tournament to benefit Katherine's House and Rita's House (and related programs and services in South King County) will be held on Monday, August 23rd at beautiful Washington National Golf Club in Auburn. This shotgun start, four person team event with a "scramble format" tees off at 12:30 PM. If you would like to play as a single player we invite you to check out the early morning "Sunrise Challenge" at 7:00 a.m.

With the proven success of Katherine's House and the generosity of our community, a second program - Rita's House, opened in December 2008. Katherine's House and Rita's House provide transitional housing to homeless, chemically addicted women by supporting their recovery and nurturing their potential. Program staff and volunteers offer structured, family-style living designed to assist women in returning to independent living as productive and dignified participants in our communities.

All of us are affected by economic woes and an uncertain future. Katherine's House and our new Rita's House are no exception. Now more than ever the women in our programs need your help. We invite you to join us in our work in support of these women, either as a valued past sponsor or inspired new sponsor. The overwhelming support of our 2009 Tournament Sponsors allowed us to give Katherine's & Rita's Houses $48,000 in operation capital. We believe that we can surpass that amount this year with your assistance.

If you are a past sponsor, please consider increasing your sponsorship this year.
